USDA food is given only once a month for each qualifying household. Loaves & Fishes does not share any information regarding our clients with anyone other than what we are required to report annually to the USDA.

Pantry Groceries
Regardless of whether you qualify for USDA food, you may receive Pantry food. The amount is based on your household size. If you run out of food, you may return within the same month for more Pantry food.

Come to the Pantry

Park as directed
- Do not arrive more than one hour before pantry opens.
- Follow instructions given by Loaves & Fishes staff and volunteers.
- Please keep your car music levels low.
- Unruly and disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited on the property and in the Pantry. For safety reasons, you MUST control children in your care when visiting the Pantry. Please do not leave kids unattended in play area.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property. Anyone who appears to be intoxicated will be refused admittance.
- No weapons are allowed in the Pantry building.
- No profanity, verbal harassment, or loud, unruly voices are allowed.
- Please do not use your cell phone inside the building. If you must take a call, please step outside. If you do step outside, notify the greeter when you come back in, in case your name was called while you were outside.
- Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry reserves the right to ask anyone who does not follow our rules to leave the Pantry. Individuals who repeatedly violate these rules may be permanently banned from coming to Loaves & Fishes.
When you register, you will be asked to sign that you have read and agree to these rules.

Unable to Get to Loaves & Fishes? Name a "Proxy."
If you need food but cannot get to Loaves & Fishes, you can authorize someone to pick up and bring food to you. Call (434) 996-7868 or send a completed, signed TEFAP application with the name and phone number of the "alternate" who will be picking up for you.
